Today the Joint Ocean Commission Initiative released its U.S. Ocean Policy Report Card for 2006. The report card provides a retrospective evaluation of our national progress in 2006 toward ocean policy reform consistent with the recommendations of the U.S. Commission on Ocean Policy and the Pew Oceans Commission.
